He is honored for his public service and Celebration of Life (held at The Venue on Wilton Drive in late February, 2020). The Honorable Justin S. Flippen's sudden death (caused by a Brain Aneurysm at Age 41) shocked the all LGTBQ Wilton Manors City Commission and supporters internationally.
